Fox Hollow Farm

Wow, the sun was out to enjoy, the baby lambs were frolicking with one of the barn cats. Mr. Darcy, a beautiful brown horse, was posing for pictures with our kiddos. A baby pot-belly pig was waiting for pets, baby chicks were snuggled, peacocks were fanning their feathers. There was a donkey, two ponies, and some chickens. There were battery-powered trucks for the kids to drive, bigger-than-life beach balls to roll, a big inflatable castle to bounce in, the best fire pit I have ever seen (complete with lounge chairs), and the perfect picnic area to have a snack.
There was nothing to want for, no kidding. Don't miss the next Fox Hollow Play Date, folks!

Book - Kids In The Wild

This book was originally suggested to me by outdoorbaby.net. I found it on Amazon.com for 1 penny + shipping. This book gives many helpful tips about planning successful outdoor adventures with kiddos.

Animal Tracking!

A few betties and babies got out to explore the Snoqualmie River and look for animal tracks. The rain held off for the most part, which was nice. Carrie brought buckets for playing in the sand and some pics to help identify animal tracks.
